We are seeking senior-level contract experience designers to support high-impact, consumer-facing digital initiatives. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, focused on designing and shipping mobile product experiences that connect digital channels with the in-theater moviegoing experience. This is not a marketing, brand, or website design role.
Design work will center on B2C mobile e-commerce and transactional experiences, including:
Ticket purchasing and checkout flows
Cart optimization and product selection
Loyalty, rewards, and subscription systems
Account and identity-related experiences
Experiences that bridge digital and physical touchpoints (mobile → theater)
Designers will work closely with product managers, engineers, and design research, contributing
directly to live initiatives.
Minimum 3+ years of professional product or experience design work, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience.
Demonstrated experience designing B2C mobile e-commerce or transactional consumer products.
Shipped work across mobile native apps and/or mobile web.
Hands-on experience designing checkout, cart, loyalty, subscription, or account flows.
Deep proficiency in Figma, including:
o Component libraries
o Systemized workflows
o Design system usage
Proven collaboration with product and engineering in delivery environments.
Portfolio required showing end-to-end product work (not just visuals).
Experience designing phygital or service-oriented experiences.
Familiarity with multi-touchpoint journeys.
Experience working on products at scale (large consumer platforms, marketplaces, subscriptions).
