We are looking for a HubSpot Platform Engineer to join a global team and take ownership of the technical architecture and backend configuration of the HubSpot environment.
This role sits within IT and focuses on system design, integrations, automation, and data architecture — rather than day-to-day marketing execution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the platform is scalable, reliable, and aligned with business and technical requirements.
Act as the technical owner of the HubSpot platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance
Design and maintain data structures, custom objects, and workflows within HubSpot
Build and manage integrations with ERP systems, eCommerce platforms, data warehouses, and other tools
Develop and maintain API connections and automation workflows
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across systems
Create and optimize backend processes that support marketing and sales operations
Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks within HubSpot
Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and IT teams to align system capabilities with business needs
Maintain documentation of integrations, workflows, and data processes
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
5+ years of experience in CRM platforms, systems administration, or marketing technology
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot configuration and backend management
Experience with system integrations (APIs, webhooks, middleware tools)
Solid understanding of data architecture, data mapping, and data flows
Experience working within structured IT environments and governance frameworks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
HubSpot certifications (CMS, Operations Hub, API, etc.)
Experience integrating HubSpot with ERP or eCommerce platforms
Familiarity with SQL and data warehouse environments
Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing ecosystems
A technically strong, systems-oriented profile

Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
