The Business Analyst/Tester Salesforce will be responsible for analyzing business needs, translating them into Salesforce solutions, and validating their correct implementation through structured testing. This role has a direct impact on the quality, efficiency, and reliability of Salesforce-based processes, ensuring that business requirements are correctly implemented and deliver measurable value to stakeholders.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce processes and functionalities.
Translate requirements into clear user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
Collaborate closely with development, functional, and business teams to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
Define test strategies, test plans, and test cases (functional, integration, regression, and UAT) for Salesforce implementations.
Execute manual testing activities, record defects, and track their resolution with technical teams.
Participate in configuration reviews and support validation of new features, enhancements, and integrations in Salesforce.
Support end users during UAT, incident analysis, and post-go-live stabilization.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to processes, configurations, and testing evidence.
2–7 years of professional experience as Business Analyst and/or Tester, preferably in Salesforce environments.
Solid understanding of CRM processes and Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or others).
Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.
Experience designing and executing test cases, managing defects, and working with QA tools.
Previous experience in the Information Technology and Services industry or consulting environments is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
