Key Responsibilities

Act as an end-user facing analyst, translating business requirements into detailed reporting and dashboard specifications.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models to support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure alignment between business needs and analytics solutions.
Develop and optimize data transformations and semantic models to ensure accuracy, scalability, and performance.
Work closely with Data Engineering and IT teams to ensure reliable and well-structured data sources.
Perform ad hoc analysis and provide actionable insights to support business initiatives.
Ensure data integrity, identify discrepancies, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Support cross-functional initiatives, including process improvement and operational reporting.
Work independently and deliver high-quality results within established timelines.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Power BI development and administration.
Strong knowledge of SQL, preferably in cloud environments such as Snowflake or Azure.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights effectively to stakeholders.
Ability to make data-driven decisions in dynamic and uncertain environments.
