[1914] - Sr Power BI Developer

About the Role

At Staffy we're seeking for a Senior Power BI Developer to maintain, enhance, and support existing Power BI assets while helping the business continue to evolve its reporting and analytics capabilities.

This role will focus on managing and improving reports, dashboards, dataflows, and ML flows, supporting the business with report requests, handling operational tickets, and collaborating directly with end users across different areas such as operations, accounting, and HR.

We are looking for someone with strong Power BI experience who is comfortable working closely with stakeholders, understanding business needs, and providing reliable solutions in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and document existing Power BI assets including reports, dashboards, dataflows, and ML flows.

• Support the Power BI environment by managing scheduling jobs, refreshes, and simple support tickets.

• Handle new report intake requests from different business areas.

• Collaborate directly with end users to understand requirements and provide solutions.

• Support the cleanup and rationalization of unused semantic models using internal metadata tools.

• Work with Azure Databricks as the primary data source environment.

Requirements

Must Have

• 4+ years of experience working with Power BI, with approximately 5–10 years preferred.

• Strong experience maintaining, enhancing, and documenting Power BI reports, dashboards, and data assets.

• Experience supporting business users and handling reporting-related requests.

• Comfortable communicating directly with end users and business stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with different areas of the organization.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Azure Databricks.

• Microsoft Fabric experience, especially working with Fabric SKUs.

• Exposure to Power BI Copilot.

• Experience with metadata tools or semantic model optimization processes.
