About the Role
At Staffy, we are looking for a Technical Functional Analyst to join our outsourcing service and work on high-impact international projects. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business and technology, translating requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders.
You will be involved in designing integrations, mapping complex processes, and coordinating execution across teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working across multiple projects, and has strong experience in system integrations within logistics or supply chain contexts.
Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
Design, analyze, and document system integrations (APIs, events, middleware).
Map processes and data flows across multiple systems.
Ensure proper understanding and alignment of requirements between stakeholders.
Manage project execution, including planning, tracking progress, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Act as a point of contact for clients, managing communication and expectations.
Coordinate tasks and track progress using Jira.
Requirements
Technical Experience & Skills
5+ years of experience in technical-functional analysis roles.
Experience in logistics/supply chain or technology-driven environments.
Strong experience designing and documenting system integrations (APIs, events, middleware).
Hands-on experience working with APIs (Postman, Swagger), log analysis, and troubleshooting.
Experience configuring systems and working in Linux environments.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in client-facing roles.
Experience using Jira for task management and tracking.
Knowledge
Understanding of EDI integrations.
Knowledge of SQL and JSON.
Familiarity with escalation processes and incident management.
Languages
Advanced English (C1+), both written and spoken (mandatory).
