About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Full-Stack Engineer to take full ownership of product, AI, and data in our startup.
You will work hand-in-hand with the CTO, shaping the product, building features, analyzing data, and turning AI ideas into real solutions. This is a hands-on role — you will write code, design data pipelines, deploy AI models, and drive product decisions. If you like wearing many hats and building from scratch, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development and deployment of AI-powered features.

• Build full-stack components: backend services, APIs, and user interfaces.

• Integrate AI models, data pipelines, and external systems to create smart product capabilities.

• Analyze platform usage and data to spot trends, issues, and new opportunities.

• Collaborate directly with the CTO to define roadmap, prioritize features, and experiment quickly.

• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas before scaling.

• Ensure the platform is reliable, scalable, and performant as it grows.

• Continuously iterate based on data insights and user feedback..

Requirements

• 3+ years in full-stack software engineering.

• Hands-on experience building AI or LLM-powered applications.

• Comfortable with Python, TypeScript, or similar languages.

• Experienced with APIs, backend services, and modern web applications.

• Familiar with AI frameworks and tools (LangChain or similar).

• Data-driven: you can analyze usage data and make informed product decisions.

• Self-starter: able to work independently in a fast-paced startup.

• Excited by end-to-end ownership: from concept to production.

Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, or prompt engineering.

• Built AI assistants, chatbots, or conversational interfaces.

• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Previous startup or AI-product experience.
