[1846] - Salesforce Communication Cloud Architect

About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Communications Cloud Architect to join a high-impact project within the telecommunications industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and leading scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, working closely with stakeholders to define architecture, optimize business processes, and deliver end-to-end implementations.

This is a contract-based, hourly engagement, ideal for senior professionals who are looking for flexible work arrangements and the possibility to combine this role with other projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead solution architecture based on Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical and functional requirements

• Implement end-to-end solutions for telecommunications use cases

• Configure and customize product catalog, CPQ, and order management flows

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems (OSS/BSS, APIs, middleware)

• Ensure best practices in performance, scalability, and maintainability

• Mentor developers and support junior team members

• Work closely with business and functional teams to align technical solutions

Requirements

Experience

• Senior-level experience or Architect background in Salesforce

• Proven experience in telecommunications industry projects

• Strong experience leading solution design and implementations

• Experience working in Agile environments

Technical Skills

• Deep expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity)

• Strong experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)

• Experience with Product Catalog, CPQ, and Order Management

• Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs

• Solid understanding of scalable system design within Salesforce

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Salesforce core architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
