[1852] - Sr Full stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a high-impact product-focused project within the fintech and digital banking ecosystem.

In this role, you will work on the design and development of scalable web platforms and secure digital experiences used by financial institutions and enterprise clients. You will contribute to both frontend and backend architecture, building reliable systems with strong emphasis on security, identity management, and modern web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, JavaScript, and C#

• Build and integrate APIs ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability

• Implement Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architecture patterns

• Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces aligned with modern UX standards

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions

• Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices

• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers within the team

• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows across applications

• Participate in the integration of identity providers and external authentication services

Requirements

Experience & Technical Skills

• Strong experience with JavaScript, React, C#, and SQL

• Hands-on experience building and integrating APIs and distributed systems

• Experience implementing BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) architecture

• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles

• Experience working autonomously in complex technical environments

• Proven experience mentoring or leading technical initiatives

Security & Identity

• Experience with JWT-secured authorization requests (JAR) and token lifecycle management

• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and claims-based identity

• Experience with JWK key management and token validation

• Experience integrating external Identity Providers (IdP) where the platform acts as a Service Provider (SP)

• Experience with secure credential management solutions (Azure Key Vault or similar)

Nice to Have

• Experience with GraphQL

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services

• Experience integrating legacy systems (SOAP / ASP-based systems)

• Knowledge of SAML 2.0 SSO integrations

• Familiarity with Duende IdentityServer, Auth0, Okta, or similar solutions
