About the Role

At Staffy, we are looking for a Sr AI & Enterprise Application Engineer to join a strategic Finance & Treasury Technology initiative for a leading global organization.

In this role, you'll help drive enterprise automation, AI enablement, application modernization, and systems integration across a complex finance technology ecosystem. You'll work on designing intelligent workflows, modernizing enterprise applications, and implementing scalable integration solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong Enterprise Application Engineering experience with hands-on expertise supporting or extending Finance and Treasury platforms, while leveraging AI, automation, and modern cloud technologies to optimize enterprise financial operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on senior engineer who enjoys solving complex business challenges while working with modern AI technologies, enterprise platforms, and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions across Finance and Treasury business processes.

• Build and modernize enterprise applications and integration solutions across multiple financial platforms.

• Design intelligent workflows using LLMs, AI agents, copilots, and automation technologies.

• Develop scalable API-based integrations, middleware solutions, and event-driven architectures.

• Design and implement workflow orchestration and process automation initiatives across enterprise systems.

• Partner with Finance, Treasury, Accounting, and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.

• Design financial data models supporting reporting, analytics, reconciliation, and consolidation processes.

• Define best practices for enterprise application architecture, automation, AI adoption, and governance.

• Ensure data integrity, auditability, security, and compliance across enterprise solutions.

• Document solution architectures, technical standards, and reusable integration patterns.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality enterprise technology solutions.

Requirements

Must Have

• Strong experience designing and integrating enterprise applications within complex business environments.

• Hands-on experience working directly with enterprise Finance, Treasury, or ERP platforms supporting financial operations.

• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, extending, customizing, or supporting enterprise financial platforms such as GTreasury, WSO, IVP EAS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, OneStream, or similar Treasury/ERP solutions. Experience limited to integration work alone is not sufficient.

• Hands-on experience implementing AI-powered workflows, intelligent automation, and enterprise process optimization.

• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, copilots, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI use cases.

• Experience with automation platforms such as Power Platform, Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Control-M, or similar technologies.

• Strong knowledge of API integrations, middleware, workflow orchestration, and event-driven architectures.

• Experience designing data models, ETL/ELT processes, enterprise reporting, and financial data architectures.

• Knowledge of Azure Data Platform concepts, including Data Lake, Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric.

• Experience working within Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Asset Management, or similar enterprise technology environments.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience within private credit, asset management, or financial services organizations.

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or other enterprise Generative AI platforms.

• Knowledge of Data Quality, Master Data Management (MDM), and data governance frameworks.

• Experience with observability, monitoring, alerting, and telemetry across enterprise applications.

• Experience supporting financial close automation and reconciliation processes.
